At San Diego Drums & Totes, we stand behind the quality of our industrial containers and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the drum, tote, or accessory is clean, unused, and securely packaged in its original materials to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided return label or arrange for freight pickup for larger items, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
